If your eyes are not perfectly spaced, a defined brow shape can be corrective, subtly adjusting visual distance. They also help to give an expressive, awake and healthy appearance.
A designer brow is also a superior anti-aging tool. It's a solid, non-invasive option providing an immediate, flattering lift to the face.

Preparing and caring for your treatment
The outcome of your skin treatment is not determined by the procedure alone. To maximise the best outcomes you'll need to carefully prepare your skin and body before treatment and apply special care after treatment.

Brow consultation
An initial consultation is particularly important if you're a new client to Glowtique; have never had a semi-permanent makeup procedure; or have allergies or health concerns*.
For you, this session allows us to discuss your requirements and address any concerns. For us, it gives knowledge about your skin tone and condition; checks for any existing allergies or medication; and informs of your facial structure—in order to craft a customised solution for you.
The session also includes a trial patch to ensure that you won't have an adverse reaction to a complete treatment.
Because of the time, skill and product used in this session there is a fee—however for those continuing on to full designer brow session this fee is 100% deducted.
*If you are healthy and have previously had a successful semi-permanent procedure done you may be able to skip this initial session. Contact Glowtique to discuss.
Nano-feathering (NEW)
This is Glowtique's latest and preferred method for state-of-the-art designer brows and is fast replacing microblading as our most popular option.
Nano-feathering is a recently developed technique using specialised equipment that allows for fine variation in strokes—resulting in a superior 3D natural effect, that heals faster and is longer lasting. Its intricacy demands an exceptional level of technical understanding; fine coordination skills; and innate artistry which is why it's not offered everywhere.
In terms of outcomes, nano-feathering is superior to microblading as it's far more gentle on the skin and does not carry the same risk of scarring, particularly after future touch ups.

Feather stroke microblading
The feather stroke brow is created by semi-permanent pigment in fine, hair-like strokes to create a shaped and even brow. Results appear defined and beautiful. This option is best for normal to dry skin.

Shading
Shading (also known as the Instagram brow) provides a makeup-filled brow effect. It is created by semi-permanent pigment in fine dots to create a soft, powdered look similar to a shaded powder finish. It has a gentler, fuller look and works well with very sparse or over plucked brows. This option better suits those with oily or sensitive skin.

Ombré
The ombré brow is a more recent trend. Similar to shading, it is created by semi-permanent pigment in a fine dusty application to create a soft, two-tone look that's denser on the ends. Ombré can be a better option for those with sensitive or oily skins.

Combination
For those who like to mix things up or can't decide, a combination brow works a mixture of the above styles into the brow. Your Glowtique expert will advise you on the style and shape that you would receive most benefit from. Combination work well on various skin types.

Brow correction
You may have experienced semi-permanent treatment elsewhere that you were unhappy with. Perhaps it was not suitable for your skin type or facial structure. Unfortunately it's not uncommon that we have had to correct many brow issues. If you've had a bad experience and are unsure about what to do, be sure to contact us to help you find the answers you're looking for.
If you have an existing semi-permanent tattoo that requires correction, please send us a clear, close-up image for further assessment. If your previous tattoo is excessively out of shape you may require professional tattoo removal first, before booking with us. Glowtique does not offer removal at present but we can connect you to a service that does. Please contact us.

Additional brow touch ups
6 – 12 months
A maintenance session to freshen brows. Pricing for existing Glowtique clients.
12 – 24 months
A maintenance session to freshen brows. Pricing for existing Glowtique clients.
24 months +
After 24 months (if you have not had a touch up) a restorative session to recreate or adjust brows will be required. Pricing is the same as an initial session for recreation of your preferred brow treatment.
Brow grooming
Brow grooming for both women and men
Look and feel fabulous with high-end brow grooming. A studio session includes an indulgent facial massage along with custom brow shaping.
Brow grooming 6 month package
Enjoy perfectly groomed brows all year round. Our grooming package includes 6 x indulgent, monthly treatments of facial massages and brow shaping/maintenance in our studio. (Save $54)
Brow grooming 12 month package
Enjoy perfectly groomed brows all year round. Our grooming package includes 12 x indulgent, monthly treatments of facial massages; brow shaping; and maintenance in our studio. (Save $189)
