Nina from Glowtique has had a deeply personal experience losing her beloved husband to cancer. In a twist of fate this opened her up to living life more compassionately and reinforced her desire to help people live more confident and happier lives.

When people undergo cancer treatment the side effects can be emotionally devastating. The loss of hair can be a big hit to personal confidence and the damage caused by surgery such as mastectomies can be detrimental to one's identity. 

While semi-permanent makeup can't regrow hair or reconstruct tissue, it can help to give the illusion of these and so provides a sense of normality for those who have already gone through so much.

For these reasons Glowtique is working to create an annual cancer recovery support program to help a lucky survivor rebuild their world, bring out their inner beauty and re-find confidence in life.
