Preparing for areola treatment
The outcome of your areola treatment is not determined by the procedure alone. To maximise the best outcomes you'll need to carefully prepare your skin before treatment and apply special care after treatment.

Is semi-permanent makeup an option for you?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer semi-permanent makeup solutions to certain groups of people due to the excess risks involved.
Please check the list to see if you are in any of these categories. If you are unsure, please contact Glowtique to discuss your individual situation.
Under 18?
Unfortunately Glowtique does not provide procedures to those who are under 18.
Do you have: • type 2 diabetes; • severe high blood pressure; • severe heart conditions; or • hepatitis B or hepatitis C?
Unfortunately Glowtique cannot provide semi-permanent makeup services to those who have particular health conditions due to the inherent risks.
Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding we are not able to provide semi-permanent makeup options at this time. We ask that you check in with us again once you are outside of these conditions.
Do you have a skin disorder or allergy?
Glowtique may need to check your condition prior to scheduling treatment. Please send us a clear, close up image for initial assessment.
Are you seeking correction of prior tattoo work?
If you have an existing semi-permanent tattoo that requires correction, please send us a clear, close-up image for further assessment. If your previous tattoo is excessively out of shape or dark, you may require professional tattoo removal or pigmentation neutralisation prior to your treatment. Glowtique provides this service. Please contact us.
