Our advanced protocol utilises the Enlighten III's ultra-short picosecond pulses to target concentrated melanin with remarkable precision. The incredibly fast pulse duration generates a powerful photoacoustic effect — a high-pressure shockwave — which selectively shatters the melanin particles into minuscule fragments. This prevents excessive thermal build-up in the surrounding tissue, allowing the body's immune system to much more efficiently absorb and eliminate the pigment.
The benefit is a noticeable fading and clearing of dark spots, promoting a more uniform complexion. Research-based medical evidence confirms the exceptional efficacy of the Enlighten III in treating these dyspigmentations. We utilise multiple wavelengths to target pigment at various depths, ensuring a tailored approach. Due to the varying severity and distribution of pigmentation on the face, a consultation is required for an accurate quote, as the final price is determined by the complexity of the treatment area.
